Dear Friends,

This site has been created to support Dr Amit Yadav, who we believe has been a victim of gross miscarraige of justice.

we have tried to give more information about Amit and relevant background information about the incident which led to the trial in a crown court and his subsequent conviction.

We have noticed the excellent response from members in the Indigo discussion group and decided to open this site to keep everybody informed of the subsequent developments in our fight for justice.

We cannot thank enough all the BAPIO and BIDA executive committee members for their invaluable support and guidance.

We would like to thank Dr Ramesh Mehta and Dr Umesh Prabhu whole heartedly.Without their leadership and unreserved moral support this whole struggle would never have taken off.

Our special thanks to Mr Rajendra Chowdhary, our legal advisor who was the first person to instill confidence in us and showed us that there could be light at the end of the tunnel.

We would also like to thank all the A & E staff at Scarborough General Hospital, especially Mr P. Akar (consultant in A & E) for their unwavering support.
